1.) GET IN TOUCH

CONGRATULATIONS! Please Get in touch with us as soon as possible to check our availability & to begin booking your date with an Artist & or Stylist!

PLEASE do not delay if you are interested in our services, it is better to be in touch sooner than later! Popular wedding dates (April-Nov.) are often booked 12-24 months in advance! Our team is pretty talented. ;-)

It is a GOOD idea to try to have the best idea of the Headcount of Services needed for the Wedding Day, prior to us drafting your initial contract. We advise reaching out to all your ladies (Bridesmaids, MOB, MOG, Grandmothers or other possibly interested members) before inquiring. Show them our work if they can't decide promptly!

Important: We only allow 2 Contract Amendment/Changes at a later date, after the Signing of the initial Contract, BUT we cannot guarantee the change will be approved based on our availability at that time. (We may have other events/bookings scheduled or artists/stylists may be unavailable.) So, this is why we advise you having the best idea of headcount during the inquiry process. We PROMISE this will also save you a lot of un-needed stress later on!
2.) BOOK YOUR DATE

Dates are reserved with a signed contract and a $400-$500, non-refundable deposit (this is applied toward your contract total). If you are booking both Hair & Makeup Services, then a $500 deposit will be required. $400 deposit is required if you are booking Makeup Only or Hair Only.

We cannot reserve your date without a signed contract & deposit. If you prefer to schedule a trial with an Artist & or Stylist, before you book your date, we can make that happen. Please do keep in mind that we cannot reserve your date for you, without a signed contract and deposit. Also, please keep in mind that we are extremely busy with our already booked Brides & we only perform Trials on scheduled/designated days out of the month. With that said, scheduling a Trial before you book, to happen right away, may not be possible on our end. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you, obviously!

Once you have all essential information (Accurate headcount of services, locations, times etc.) provided to us & you are ready to officially move forward with booking us let us know as soon as possible. We will then send you over a link to your very Own Private Client Site. Your Client site will hold your List of Services, Contract Terms (for you to sign), Booking Deposit Invoice, Questionnaires etc.

Booking Deposits need to be paid by HONEY BOOK (CC Card), CASH, CHECK or VENMO. Directions on how exactly to make the deposit & where to send, will be listed on your Booking invoice on your Client Site, once you receive the link!
3.) BRIDAL PREVIEWS

We include 1 Bridal Preview with all of our Bridal Packages.

Bridal Previews take place at our Trial Studio in Prince Frederick, MD on TBD. Available Days & times will be shared with you at a later date. About 2-3 months out from your Wedding Day!

4.) THE WEDDING DAY

Please BE ADVISED that if you have a high number of services needed (more than 6-7) or time constraints at your venue or any time constraints what so ever for getting ready, (For Example: If you have 8 total services needed, but can only provide us with 3 hours of prep time) there is a great possibility that an additional Artist/Stylist may be needed (along with the Leads) to insure timely services. Depending on the case, $250 per additional Artist/Stylist will be charged & will need to be paid for at the time of booking. This will be stated in your contract & discussed prior to your Wedding Day.

We will send you a confirmation email the month leading up to your wedding, to confirm all Wedding Day details & also any special instructions & recommendations.

We will arrive at your prep location & we will provide flawless, long-wearing & quality services for you and your Bridesmaids/Wedding Guests.

OUR GOAL: To make you feel more beautiful than you have ever felt!

For Brides getting Makeup: We will provide the bride with a touch up kit which includes a full size of chosen lip color (decided at trial) & blotting paper.

PAYMENT: The remaining Contract Total will need to be paid in FULL at least 45 days prior to the actual Wedding Date. We only accept CASH OR CHECK OR VENMO PAYMENTS.

Other Important Details
Early Morning Start
An early morning start fee of $100.00 an hour (per artist) will be added where applicable for start times earlier than 8:00 am. This may be added to your final total at any time once timeline is in place.
Holiday Weekends
A Holiday Weekend Service Fee of 15% of all actual services, will be added where applicable for any weddings booked on a major Holiday or Holiday Weekend. (New Years, New Years Day, Valentines Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas eve/day).
